“Buy a brick” for our new clubhouse and you will literally be helping build a strong foundation for our club. Just £50.00 can have your name built into the fabric of our club.
Our clubhouse development project itself is costing almost £600,000 and will give us modern, fit for purpose facilities for the benefit of not only our club, and future generations of players, but our community as a whole. We are all very excited about this, and the project is a key cornerstone of our development plan as we head towards our centenary year in 2023.
We have just one final hurdle to cross and then we’re in the home strait for making it a reality.
We have been working incredibly hard to get all the funding in place, and as with every project like this there is a general requirement for the club to contribute a significant amount to the overall financing, and this is tied in to getting funds released.
We have some of our contribution already, and are looking to raise the remaining funds to get us over the finishing line and make sure that we don’t have to compromise on any aspect of the project. Once the actual building work is complete we will still have to furnish, floor, and decorate the upstairs part of the club and make it a warm and welcoming environment.
We are seeking to raise £100,000 through the “Buy a brick” campaign which will enable you to make a direct contribution to our fundraising efforts and have it recognised in our wall of fame.
Each brick is the standard dimension and can be personalised with your name and message. All the bricks will form part of our main entrance corridor and be there for all to see!
